But when he meets Wren, an eccentric, crusading classmate, his efforts are derailed. Initially, Jas has no interest in getting involved, but circumstances and Wrens overpowering personality keep drawing him in until there is no going back. Wren is a person of values. She believes that if youre not part of the solution, youre part of the problem. When she sees things that are wrong, she sets out to correct them. Eventually she becomes the target of bullies, then, because of Jass inadvertent interference, the bullies turn their attention to him. They destroy his comic and his chances of getting into art school. What can Jas and Wren do to end the bullies reign of terror?

Kristin Butcher published her first novel in 1995 and became hooked on the idea of writing for a living. With the publication ofThe Last Superhero, she will have produced eighteen books for children. Kristin, who currently lives in Campbell River, British Columbia, with her family, has travelled extensively across Canada, where the differences in landscape, climate and people is immeasurable.

Einige eBook-Reader (zum Beispiel PocketBook Touch) unterstützen auch das direkte Eingeben der Login-Daten des Adobe Accounts – somit können diese ASCM-Dateien direkt auf das betreffende Gerät kopiert werden.

Da eBooks nur für eine begrenzte Zeit – in der Regel 6 Monate – herunterladbar sind, sollten Sie stets eine Sicherheitskopie auf einem Dauerspeicher (Festplatte, USB-Stick oder CD) anlegen. Außerdem ist die Anzahl der Downloads auf maximal 5 begrenzt.
